Affiliates can’t create login

    I have Affiliates who are trying to sign up on the Registration page, but the system tells them their email is already in use and to use another one. Their email is not visible in the Affiliate or User area. I am stumped. Please help.

  • Hi,
    From the affiliate-area page you can:
    – Log in as affiliate: If you are an affiliate.
    – Sign up to the affiliates program.
    – If you are not a wordpress user, then the wordpress user is created and you are added to the affiliates program.
    – If you are a wordpress user, then you need to log in as wordpress user, then you can visit this page where you can see the fields filled, and sign up as affiliate.
