Affiliate, trying to make links

Hey everyone,
So the problem is, im trying to right a review for a product and I am going to put a link to the website in ‘click here’ type thing. I’m using CJ for the affiliate program and it says to use a html code for the product to put in the link. So I do so and when I click the link it brings me to a 403 forbidden page.
I have no clue what to do so any help is great!
