    Hi there,

I just had my first sale (a subscription) that I know was referred by an affiliate. It didn’t track – which is an issue I’ll try and figure out.

But, in the meantime, I’d like to manually add the order to an affiliate’s account. Can you tell me how to do this when I’m using your plugin with the WooCommerce Subscription add on you developed? I see manual entry, but it seems like this is just for a one-off adjustments? Is there a way to add the recurring subscription that the plugin wasn’t able to track?

    Thanks!
    Greg

Hi, Are you using the offical WooCommerce subscription extension (the one hosted on WooThemes)? Did you have the debug option enabled in the affiliate manager settings?

If a normal WooCommerce order gets tracked, affiliates manager should be able to track subscription orders as well. You can follow these instructions to manually award commission to an affiliate:

    Hi affmngr,

    Thanks for the reply.

I’m using your Affiliate Manager + Your Subscription Add-On + WooCommerce + Official WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin and Stripe from woothemes.com

I didn’t have debug activated at the time the order didn’t track unfortunately.

Thank you for the link on how to manually award commissions. I mentioned in my original post that my concern is that the Manual Entry migh only be for one off purchases? So I’m wondering how I can tell Affiliate Manager + Your Subscriptions Add-On to track all subsequent orders generated by this Woo Subscription referred by my affiliate and not just correct the one of the orders?

In a nutshell, I’m not so bothered right now by the missings track of this referral, but am more interested in how to correct the missed referral and tell your plugin to track all subsequent referrals for a subscription generated by my affiliate.

I.E. – I don’t want to have to manually correct an order every month, indefinitely for the subscription that wasn’t tracked. Can I tell your plugin manually “track all these subscriptions that will be generated by this missed order”?

Hopefully I described that well enough…let me know if you need clarification at all.

    Thanks again!

Since the initial payment didn’t get tracked, affiliates manager wouldn’t be able to track rebilled payments for this subscription either. Can you do some testing with debug enabled to see if a subscription payment gets tracked by the plugin?

    Hi affmngr,

    Thanks for the reply.

Regarding debug – I’m not particularly worried about it not tracking just yet. The bigger issue for me is that there is no way to manually add a subscription to be tracked. Forgetting that I can’t get it to track just yet, If an affiliate of mine calls me with a word-of-mouth referral, I wont be able to add the referral to their account as I’d have to do this manually every month for the life of the referred subscription.

It sounds as though there is no way in the plugin to manually correct/add subscriptions, so the plugin may fundamentally not be what I’m looking for.

    Thanks again for the reply.

If you tweak some things you might still be able to track rebill payments for this subscription. Please provide the following information:

    1) Order ID of this subscription
    2) Date occurred
    3) Affiiliate ID
