Can you please let me know exactly what the issue with the affiliate registration is?

Are you referring to the form stretching from side to side? If so, from what I see, your entire page’s content is stretching, not just our form.

I recommend you to check the maximum width of the template or settings of the page in your theme or page builder.

You’ll discover it isn’t stretched like the “Affiliate Registration”

Can you please check the settings that you have on the affiliate registration page to check if they match with the ones on the affiliate account page?

I see that you’re using the Astra theme. Please check the container layout settings to make sure they’re the same on both pages.
