    Hi there,
I have created an Affiliate registration form, and it only contains the following questions:
    Payment Email *
    Website *
How will you promote us? *

The example on the following forum -https://slicewp.com/docs/adding-affiliate-registration-page/ shows many more questions, many of which are quite necessary in order to register a new affiliate.
I used the following short code -[slicewp_affiliate_registration] but only get the three questions. What can I do to get the full list of questions?

    Thanks,
    Shekufeh

    Hey @shekufeh,

Thank you for reaching out! You are only seeing these fields because the user is already logged into the website, but is not registered as an affiliate.

If you access the affiliate registration page while logged out you will see all the fields.

The fields that are missing when you’re logged in are the ones used to create the user account (email, first name, last name, etc). If the user already has an account on your website, these fields are no longer needed to register the user as an affiliate, as the information is already saved in your website.

I hope this makes sense. If it doesn’t or if you have any additional questions, please let me know.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai

I have the same problem. I have tried to look as incognito but than I still do not see the changed boxes like bankaccountno.
How can I as a builder see the form in its original form (meaning like somebody who wants to become an affiliate.

    Hey @chinergie,

Do you have a caching plugin or does your hosting provider has a caching mechanism? If so, please make sure to delete/clear/flush your cache in order to see the changes you make in the admin side.

Also, to see the form as your users see it, please make sure you are logged out of your website when accessing the affiliate registration page.

Please try these out and let me know how it goes.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai
