    For whatever reason our affiliate Reg page no longer has the registration fields, it only has user, password and login buttons

    Please could you ensure you have these settings enable in the “Registrations” settings tab?

    Those settings are toggled as you have them pictured and still I am only getting a “User Name:” and “Password:” with log in button

    Prior to the issue the Registration page was functioning as it should and loaded as pictured below, and no changes were made.

    Which shortcode are you using on your registration page.

    Are you using the following?

    We are in fact using that shortcode, I did see on the back end that the shortcode was italicized, not sure if the plugin won’t recognize it as such, I got rid of the formatting and then updated the page. It seems to be working again.

    Is there any reason or solution for gmail address to not be receiving the application submitted email that’s triggered upon submission? I can get the emails to arrive with an alias to my work email but when testing a gmail test application and subsequently approved the gmail isn’t receiving any of the emails that are toggled on to be sent. Thanks for the help on this
