Affiliate program and Membership site?

Hi guys,
Please forgive me if this is a newbie question here, but I’ve been searching through a bunch of different membership and affiliate plugins on google and all that and can’t seem to find what I’m looking for and would GREATLY appreciate if someone with experience can help me out? I don’t mind having to buy the plugins if they are paid and not free ones, I just need to know i’m purchasing the right ones for my needs.

Here’s my situation:

I have a website that I built and there is an intro (sales pitch) page, and another page with all the content in posts. Lets call it examplewebsite.com and examplewebsite.com/members

I want to make the entire “/members” page only available to members (as opposed to just block individual posts which is what I have been finding in the plugins i’ve seen) Its just a 1 time payment of $99, no monthly payments.

I would also like to have an affiliate program tied into that. If someone comes to the page through advertisements, they would sign up for the full price payment (1 time payment of $99) but I want to offer an affiliate program that allows the same full access to the site but the affiliate gets paid $10 and the new customer gets $10 off (so its a win win for both people)

I really need help in figuring out how to do this! THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance for any help ??
