Affiliate Product Cost Percentage Plugin

I am looking for an affiliate plugin for WooCommerce.
What I would like before I think about using/buying is I have two types of affiliates I want to add. Charity affiliates who will get 100% of the PROFIT, and fan-based affiliates, who will get 25% of the PROFITS. What I have found is that there seems to be no plugin that has the option to add COST of PRODUCT and so the % commission is based on the PROFIT and not the PRODUCT COST. Can this be done in any plugin? Example: I have a product, it has 12 variables that cost between €9-98.50, the company charges say 66% of each of those costs for manufacture and shipping. I need to know what the profit is per variation and then the affiliate percentage commission is found from that profit. Can this be done?
