affiliate plugin not displaying informations correctly

  • Hello, i have your free plugin in 2 of my shops. on one everything works fine, on the other one, I wanted to create an affiliate link, and the information in the plugin is off.
    Second tab where I see affiliate requests is not filled properly, under the name is N/A and there should be name and surname, under commission is empty, under paid is the amount that should be under balance…

    it is like the whole table is shifted somehow.
    can you check what is wrong with it?

    To see a little better what is happening, can you send us some snapshots of the problems?

    Maybe there is a conflict with a plugin or your current theme.

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    I have been checking your screenshot and it seems that something is hiding the column to display the affiliate information in the table. I recommend you to make a test only with WooCommerce and Affiliates enabled to check if another plugin is adding some CSS rules that hide this information.
