Affiliate not receiving email

    My new affiliates are not receiving the approval emails when they register and we approve their account.

    Hey @toristallion,

    Thank you for reaching out! The first thing I recommend is to make sure the email address you have in SliceWP > Settings > Email Notifications (tab) > General Settings (section) > From Email (field) is an email address that belongs to your domain.

    For example, if your domain name is “awesomewebsite.com”, the from email should be something like “[email protected]” or “[email protected]”. If the from email address is Gmail, Yahoo or another public service, the mailing filters may block emails sent from your website, because the domain of the email does not match the domain of your website.
