  • Hi there
    Thank you for contacting us!

I checked the page and it seems that our sources (js and css files) are being correctly loaded, but indeed the login forms seem to be pushing down our registration form.
Take into account that our plugin does not have any login form, so probably that’s the one added by WooCommerce.

Have you tried with another theme to see if the problem comes from there?

    Please, let us know.
    Have a nice day!

    Hi,

We have the same issue. When we only select to show the registration form it is displayed correctly. But when we select both registration and login form it becomes a very small form.

    Any sollutions?

    Kind regards,

    Sebastian

I agree. When registration and login forms are displayed together, the login forms is pushed down.

However, I still have not found the solution to this, neither am I willing to change or try to fix this issue by changing the theme. But I have found a temporary solution.

I have disabled the login form and the only way to login is via website user account only. what I found is that, when a person signs up on affiliate registration form, he is automatically registered to the website, so the next time he visits the website, he can sign in the website user account and then visit the affiliate dashboard page.

It just adds an unnecessary step to visit dashboard, but it works for now until YITH developers look into this problem and actually solve the issue.

    Hi!

    That’s really strange.
I used the same configuration in my own local environment and I’m not getting this kind of error, my form display just fine.

It is not clear to me if you have tried other themes. If so, could you confirm it, please?
    If not, could you try?
Maybe are you both using the same theme?
If so, which one? (So I can try it too)
I mean, these style issues are usually related to the theme’s styles ruining ours, and since I’m using a default theme, that could be the reason why I’m getting the same behaviour as you say.

Please, let us know and we would try to fix it.
    Have a nice day!
