Affiliate log in missing / auto email

  • The registration for new affiliates is working, but there is no place for existing affiliates to log in and view their account. How can I add this?

    Also, is it possible to customize or turn off the auto respond email sent to new affiliates?

    You can create a page and place this shortcode:
    [yith_wcaf_affiliate_dashboard]

    There is no email for this version of the plugin when a new affiliate is registered. If you are talking about a premium feature, I kindly suggest contacting our support on our official page.

    This page already exists on my website, but there is no option for affiliates to log in to their affiliate account.

    Also, this email goes out to new affiliates. I want to change it or turn it off. I do not have the premium version.

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    You can use the option you can see in this image, to show the login form in the affiliate dashboard page.

    About the emails, we don’t add any emails in the free version of the plugin, so the email you are getting is probably the one from WooCommerce when a new customer registers an account.
