Affiliate links not showing up

  • Hi all. Running the latest in wordpress with WooThemes Bold News. Im gonna post this in WooThemes as well in the event it is on that end.

    I want to add a few book affiliate links to my “Resources” page. I log into Amazon, find the book, pull the code for BOTH the “image only” and “text only” link. Paste them into the HTML editor on the backend of the site and hit update. But nothing pops up in the VISUAL editor OR on my site.

    Any help would be appreciated. Also, I have already deactivated all of my plugins and tried it again but that doesn’t work either.

    Thanks for the help. Just FYI, the code is there for the image link AND the text link. The links are listed under the RECOMMENDED READING at the bottom of the page.

    Yes, but it seems to be a case of missing tag. Can you check it using Firebug+ FF ? You can see that. If not try to copy the complete code from Amazon Affiliate link program and reinstall it.

    Sorry, the acronyms are a bit confusing. I assume Firebug+ FF means Firebug in Firefox’s Browser. I’ve got that, but even if I checked it I wouldn’t know what I am looking for. I pulled the complete code from the link builder that amazon provides.

    Interesting…Instead of using the toolbar Amazon has at the top of the page, I went to the affiliate portion of their site and got the code from there. The HTML was much longer. I got the text link to work, however the image link still isn’t working. Maybe the issue is on Amazon’s end.

    I need help I’m having problem with the website im working on, some of the Links that i have created w/c is really bizarre it’s not working on Google Chrome or In Firefox but the link is working on IE
    please check this page and try to click on the images or text HELP
