Affiliate Links Cloaking

Hello,

I’ve different set of affiliate links added on custom field for my products. I already set “nofollow” for these affiliate URL’s but what I exactly looking is

ex My website: https://www.example.com

Affiliate URL’s on my custom fields are

www.abcdefg.com/ahajka?=675
www.abcdefg.com/ahajka?=181718
www.xyztgfhf.com/ahafaia?=5464

..etc

What I exactly need is all these url’s should be in my website as https://www.example.com/product/1
https://www.example.com/product/2

while clicking on these url’s it should redirect to the affiliate URL’s.

I know it’s called Cloaking and redirection method, I’ve tried different plugins like Pretty Link..etc but all these not done automatically coz I’ve affiliate url’s on my custom fields.

Lots of plugins asks me to setup redirection URL everytime but I’ve thousands of affiliate URL’s.

Ex: https://bit.ly/18bJUFR Check on buy tickets.

Is this something possible without plugin? or which plugin would be best?

I’m really stuck on this for last 5 days.
