affiliate discount for every new order in subscription

Hi, we would like to give an affiliate-coupon which gives E2,50 discount on an order.

It works. But now we have subscriptions for our customers and like to give for every renewal in the subscription the coupon discount.

Can we set it in the backend to give every renewal the discount? Or do we need a extra plugin for this?
