I’ve installed and setup slice-wp however only top level url’s are tracking visits. If an affiliate generates their own or if I change the ‘Affiliate Default Referral URL’ then visits aren’t been tracked.

    I’ve tried from multiple devices.

‘Affiliate Default Referral URL’ is set to https://<site url>/workshop/

URL below for example doesn’t track visits
    https://<site url>/workshop/?prt=12

If I visit then the visit is being tracked correctly however the workshop url is the one I want to track.
    https://<site url>/?prt=12

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @robertlove1976,

Thank you for reaching out! From what I see your /workshop/ URL isn’t a regular page from your WordPress website, but a landing page built with Leadpages.

SliceWP, because it’s a WordPress plugin, works only in the limits of the WordPress site it is installed on. If a certain URL is linked to another platform, tracking is not possible.

Unfortunately, in this situation there’s nothing much that can be done. The only solution for a WordPress affiliates plugin to work would be to have a landing page built with the Gutenberg editor, or with Elementor, or another page builder, within your WordPress site.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai
