    Hi Yith,

I’ve installed the free version (for now).
In the Affiliate Dashboard – when clicking the the links:
Commisions / Visits / Payments / Link Generator / Settings

    I get this error:
This page doesn’t seem to exist.
It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?

I did refresh permalinks – this did not solve the problem.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Thanks

    Wayne

    Hello Wayne,
    we hope you’re doing well!

Could you share the link to the affiliate’s dashboard page?

Anyway, we recommend you perform the following tests and check if the problem disappears in any of the steps:
    – Change the theme to a default WordPress theme like 2022.
    – Leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active, and if the problem disappears, activate your plugins in batches until you find which one is causing it.

If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can easily create a staging site with the free WP Staging plugin.

    Let us know any news.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi Support,

I encounter the same problem – new installation as well.

    Thanks

    Hello @capeape63,

We have checked this in our installation and it works correctly. We recommend updating the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks > click on Save Changes, and if the problem still persists, carry out the tests that we have mentioned in the previous message.

    Let us know any news.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi capeape63,

Have you been able to resolve this problem for yourself…I tried some of the recomendations, permalinks..though nothing changed… I’m now going to try and do the big solution of staging my site and deactivating plugins to see if this will work… though I’m very hesitant to try this for I don’t want to destroy everthing that is working just because of one simple plugin… Yith is not much help either…unless one pay for the pro version… if the free version doesnt work how will I ever decide to buy the pro! I’d rather change over to another plugin altogether…

Ok Juan, so I’ve created a staging site, deactivated all my plugins, activated theme 2022…guess what? After siging up as an affiliate, then click on go to dashboard I get a 404 error page….. I don’t know what else to do here… The only solution is to find another affiliate plugin that works…..
