    The Menus under Affiliate Dashboard (front end) i.e. Settings, Generate link etc are showing “Page not Found”.

    Can you say the cause of this issue?

    This seems a rewrite rule problem

    Could you please visit WP Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks and save your options as they are?
    This should force WordPress to regenerate rewrite rules, and should fix the issue
