affiliate attached to coupon code?

I have been looking for days: I need a plugin where each affiliate would be able to get a unique coupon code to give buyers, without an affiliate link/tracking ID.

Affiliate links only work on websites, I want something people can put on fliers. People go to the website, enter the affiliates code and the affiliate gets credit for the sale – no link involved.
