Affiliate account is not active

    Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, I searched a lot for a solution and could not find it.
    I have a problem, which is that I tried to test as an affiliat buy from the phone and from the laptop, but it only show the number of visits and does not applied the commission, despite converting the order from processing to completed .. and after this error Im activated the debug feature and it gave me this result:

    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order processed. Order ID: 5763
    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Checking if affiliate commission needs to be awarded.
    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order status: completed
    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Total amount: 139.00, Total shipping: 0, Total tax: 0, Fees: 0
    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – awarding commission for order ID: 5763, Purchase amount: 139, Affiliate ID: 2?ob=open-bridge/events, Buyer Email:
    [04/26/2023 3:50 AM] – FAILURE : Affiliate account is not active. This commission cannot be rewarded

    But the affiliat member account is activated in advance before doing the experiment and is not aproved as you can see in the attached picture

    Hi, Can you please provide the affiliate link that was used to make the purchase? It should be “2” not “2?ob=open-bridge/events”.

    Thanks. The link is correct. But something on your site is adding “?ob=open-bridge/events” when the cookie is set. We don’t know where this is coming from.

    im follow your reply and I deactivated all the plugins until I found the plugin that causes this problem … but unfortunately this plugin is very important and it is : Meta pixel for WordPress
    Is there any way to fix this problem? Because the plugin is very important to me, you have full appreciation and respect for helping me find a solution, whatever it was.

    You can contact the developer of that plugin to see why PHP’s setcookie function is adding “?ob=open-bridge/events”.

    hi,

    im disable checkbox of “Send website events to Meta using Conversions API” and problem was Fixed !! i will see other solution to using meta pixel.
