AES-128-CBC cipher method is required.

    Just FYI, I contacted SiteGround support and they said “Basically AES-128-CBC is an encryption method, used by the plugin itself. And unless the old host supports it, server side, there’s nothing that can be really done.”. They recommended using a different WP plugin to migrate, like All-in-One or Duplicator. They will also do the migration themselves for a fee. Hope that helps!
