    Hello,

I have a javascript error on some pages of my website : aepc_pixel is not defined.
It causes some add to cart buttons not to work properly, but only on my Iphone (not on my computer)
It seems to be caused by Pixel Caffeine, and especially WP Rocket not excluding this javascript inline from javascript combination.
However, from what I understand, WP ROcket added this inline JS exclusion from combine JS, since version 3.7.4 (October 22, 2020). And I updated the plugin, but it did not change anything. (I also have the last version of Pixel Caffeine)
So I do not know what to do. I already contacted them but no answer in 24 hours.
DO you know what is going on with this JS inline and what I should do ?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I checked with WP Rocket team and it seems the problem is actually not caused by WP Rocket javascript settings.
So the problem may be caused by Pixel Caffeine.
Is this related to this :
“PIXEL CAFFEINE WARNING: By November 2nd, it will be mandatory to enable the Two-Factor Authentication in your Facebook account in order to connect to Facebook APIs. Please, be sure to enable the TFA in your account in order to continue to use the Pixel Caffeine features.”
Or is it absolutely not related ? (because I did not enable this TFA)

I have the same issue on my website…

    Hi,

apologize for the delay with my response.

It seems an issue with the performance plugins, which rewrite and combine the JS for performance purposes.

I prepared a fix for this and it will be released with the next version, but meanwhile, I leave here the link to the zip with the fixed version of the plugin so you can download it and upload it manually to your website, replacing your existing one. Here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y0ss16kstrf0bz5/pixel-caffeine.2.1.4.fix-aepc-not-defined.zip?dl=0

Let me know if it works for you ??

@antoscarface Antonio this works for me!
    Thank you!

    Hi Antonino,

    Sorry for the late reply.
I uploaded your fixed version on my webiste but it did not work for me. I still have the same issue.
Do you have another fix ?

    Thanks

    Hi @maximebizeau,

sorry for the silly question, but it’s necessary and I didn’t mention it previously: have you flushed your cache from your performance plugin?

    Hi @antoscarface ,

    Yes, of course !

So, let try a different thing in WP Rocket.

First off, make sure you have updated WP Rocket to latest version.
Then, go to Settings > WP Rocket > File Optimization > Scripts to delay (last option of the page).

Check what there is inside that textarea: is there pixel-caffeine/build/frontend.js?

If yes: I need to check it on your website again, but I see there isn’t that error currently.

If not: if you have added some custom values there, please note them separately and click into “Reset defaults” button and check that pixel-caffeine/build/frontend.js is there. Then, paste your additional custom values again.
