a€? and other characters

  • This site was originally built with Elementor and was hacked while it was hosted on GoDaddy.
    I am on my second Search & Replace plugin and I still cannot get it to render properly.
    a€? should be an apostrophe. I was able to replace the quotation marks and the copyright characters but not the apostrophe.

  • Did you find or fix with a config or manually fix your site?
    I have the exact same problems I’ve tried the
    DB_CHARSET stuff utf8, utf-8, latin1

    noda. Still junk.
