Adwords Link already exists for external customer ID

    Hello,

    My client is getting this message:

    “Adwords Link already exists for external customer ID”

    This was after she removed and manually re-added the plugin due to being unable to remove a Facebook Pixel. She needs to track Adwords and Google Merchant Centre; it won’t let her add her Merchant Centre or finish configuring the plugin.

    any help would be gratefully received

    Hi @helenbfi,

    Thanks for creating this topic and sorry for the delay in replying.

    The message “Adwords Link already exists for external customer ID” you were getting was because the analytics and the AdWords account were already manually connected.

    In this case, please ignore the message and connect UA, Ads, and GMC account ids to set up the plugin.

    The plugin would work as expected once it is set up in your WooCommerce store.
