AdWords GClid Redirect Problem

My site redirects the extra part of the url added by Google AdWords. This makes my information in Analytics inaccurate. Here is a trial link:

https://wishseo.com/website-design-services?gclid=Test-1-2-3

Here is my other site that works fine and built pretty much the same way

adwords.wishseo.com?gclid=Test-1-2-3

You’ll notice how the first link redirects to the page and the second leaves the extra bit of url. Btw the adwords.wishseo.com tracks properly in Analytics also. What am I missing here?
