Advice please: how to "freeze" caching during MySQL upgrade
-
Hi,
I really just need advice here, and would appreciate it.
I have a major upgrade coming up of our MySQL servers. It means downtime of approx 30 minutes.
What I would ideally like to happen is that while the Dashboard won’t be accessible at that time, the front-end website will continue to appear as normal to the users, since all pages are cached (I have preload mode on).
How to I ensure this? Any advice? Is there like a way that the pages get served from the cache during that time?
Many thanks,
Bira
