    Hi

    I am building an e-commerce store for a client.

    The client sells vetenary tests to clients.

    She would like the following layout – which Woo plugin (free or premium) will match her needs the closest?

    Client Name: [Client can enter name]

    Sample Name: Test 1 Test 2
    1 [can enter name – Animal 1] [mark checkbox] [x]
    2 [can enter name – Animal 2] [ ] [x]
    3 [can enter name – Animal 3] [x] [ ]
    + Add Sample

    Total: ______ Can calculate total here or on checkout not important

    If I follow you correctly, are you looking for a plugin to bundle/assemble some products?

    You can take a look at the extension Product Bundles, you can also look for this wording/similar one to check more plugins/extensions that does the same thing!
