• I have a problem with some of the articles on my site and I want to get rid of them permanently with the least damage in the SEO as some of them still bring me some visitors but the bounce rate is higher for them because they do not provide any service to the visitor, and I studied all the solutions but I did not find only the deletion so I want to I advise you, is it sufficient to delete them only from the site?

  • The “proper” way of removing a URL usually requires three steps:

    • Take note of the URL of the post/page and send it to trash
    • Install a 301 plugin like Redirection and make a redirection for the deleted post URL to another page on your site (the home for example)
    • Claim your domain at Google Search Console and file a URL removal request for the deleted URL

    Hope it helps.

Thanks for the help, but as for Redirection, I don’t have pages similar to the topics I will delete. Do I send visitors who log in to the threads on the home page?
