    Hi there, Sal here – I’m a certified hiking guide, Komoot Route editor and National Geographic Day Tour Guide in Italy and I have recently started a new outdoor business with the mission to get people to safely enjoy the outdoors near Rome, while promoting mental and physical health, and sustainable tourism – and the use of public transport.

    For now, I’ve implemented the share tags under my blog posts, any feedback and advice is highly appreciated.

    Here are our suggestions for the placement of the social media sharing icons:

    1. Since the icons are already at the end of the articles, consider adding a floating social media sharing bar on the left side of the content. This will remain visible as users scroll through the page, making it easy for them to share at any point. Also, consider adding a call-to-action near the icons, encouraging readers to share the post if they found it interesting. You can take a look at how we implement this on our website at https://www.ultimatelysocial.com.
    2. For the blog page, you could add the social media sharing icons next to each blog post title, allowing users to share individual posts directly from the blog page.
    3. On the homepage, consider placing the icons next to key sections of the homepage, such as “Urban Hikes,” “Forests & Legends,” “On the Rocks,” etc., and encourage users to share these specific sections.
