• Hi

I hope everyone is keeping well.

I am after some advice please, I am looking for a way that I can use WordPress to allow people to fill in configuration options for Software.

I have several different Software applications that need Users to configure options before the software is installed, so I wondered if a Survey / Questionnaire / Quiz plugin would be the way to go?

Below are the requirements I need:

User Accounts can’t be created by registering, they need to be set up and verified manually
User can reset their own Password
User Account can be disabled or deleted
    User Account secured by 2FA
Separate User Logins grouped by Company (So a group of Accounts can see all Configuration Questions for that Company, ideally by domain name)
    Questionnaire by Software Application.
Questionnaire by the version of Software Application.
A questionnaire can be copied to create a new one for a newer version of the software (i.e. use version 1.0 to create 1.1 as configuration options may have been added or options may have been removed)
Questions can have Single or Multiple Answers and a recommended Setting or a Default Value
    Questions can contain Hyperlinks
    Questions can contain Images
Questions can contain Embedded Video (internal or External)to show how a setting works
Once a Questionnaire for that Company, Software Title and Version has been completed, it can be locked to prevent changes
Import Questions and Answers from a File
Export Questions and Answers to a File
Style / Theme of the Questionnaire can be customized

If anyone is using WordPress in this way or can recommend a plugin, that would really help

    Thanks for reading this post

    Kev
