Advertising Manager – ads not showing up

    Hey all

    On my site I am using openx the hosted version. Now I what to tryout googles “dfp for small business”, but I can not get it to work.

    1. In the dfp the banner is “ready”
    2. I have generated the tag from the “ad unit”
    3. Made the ad in wordpress with the import function in “Advertising Manager”
    (“Document header”)

    But the “Advertising Manager” widget does not show the ad?

    I ran the “?google_debug” and it not show problems…

  • I doubt this is the case, but since I am a total noob this happened to me. When I set up ads on my blog they wouldn’t show up, even after I waited a day for google’s crawler to check out my site. Eventually I found the solution: my adblocker was on and my ads weren’t showing up. *facepalm*

    Well well. I found the solution. Seems like I paste in the wrong code in the plugin on import. The correct way is: use the “Document header” code from dfp as “Ad Code” and the dfp “Document body” code as “HTML after code”. stupid.
