Advertising is shown in header!

    I have turned off the automatic display on Google Adsense. I do not want my ads to be displayed in the header of the page. Despite deactivating the automatic ads, my ads are still displayed in the header. I have also excluded the home page in Ad inserter so that no ads are displayed there. Why are they still displayed? why?
    The Id from Startpage is: 12465

    Am I doing something wrong?
    Please help.
