Advertisement/banner on top of each subsite

  • Hello all, I am a newbie in wordpress. I want to show an advertisement/banner on top of each subsite of multisite network and assign the control of adding/deleting banners to admin of main site only. Can anyone help me with this.

    I have used this plugin but am facing two problems with this:

    1) Control of advertisements is not central to network admin only
    2) I want to show same ad on each subsites but it is shown in main site only.
    Can you suggest something else according to my requirements??
