Adverse Interaction between forms

I have two forms, Your Default Form and Rental Application.
In Your Default Form I have AutoConfirmation turned off.
In Rental Application I have AutoConfirmation turned on.
I modified the email AutoConfirmation message to be,
Subject: Re: Your Westboro Suites Rental Application
Content:
Dear {First Name} {Last Name},
Thank you for your inquiry. We will respond to you shortly.Westboro Suites
which matches the data fields on my form.I got this in my email in my test,
Subject: Re: Your Westboro Suites Rental Application
Content:
Dear {Your Name},Thank you for your note!
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Houston, we have a problem here
It would appear that the AutoConfirmation is picking up a portion of the content from the unused Your Default Form. This is not right.
