    Hi Scott,

thanks for this plugin – I was just thinking “hm there must be something like that out there that can tell me what I want to know about the hosting environment…” – and there it was!

I was hoping to see the OS version and did not find it in basic view. When I switch to Advanced view I just get an empty output box (empty except for one line of white space).

I tried this on 2 Sites on Ubuntu-Servers managed by Plesk, then also on a site on a web hosting package. Always the same. On my server I checked the relevant logs (nginx + php-fpm) but could not see any message related to this bug.

Hope we can find a solution!

    Cheers, Tim

    Hi Tim,

You’re very welcome! We’ve got plans to make it even better too. ??

I’m sorry to hear you had that issue. Sounds like we need to do some debugging with you, and see what’s going on. If you wouldn’t mind heading over to our main support site for the plugin and submit a support request, we’ll get you squared away.

Scott, many thanks but this will now take some time. I am on holiday with just a small tablet, until 6th october. Will get back to when home again.
    Ceers, Tim
