    I purchased the premium version of the Post Types Order plugin so I can sort my extensive post list by category before reordering. Unfortunately the changes are not reflected on the frontend of the site. The reorder ONLY works when using the “archive” view, which shows the complete list of all posts making it daunting.

    Perhaps I am overlooking a setting? Perhaps it’s a conflict with the theme or other plugins? I’ve seen other posts here citing the same problem but the replies all fail to include advice or information about the issue since they were dealt with privately.

    I have written the support team twice but have not heard back. Perhaps I’m being unreasonable to expect a turn around in a weeks time? So I’ve come here hoping to get either the developer’s attention or advice from someone with experience.

    This is for a client who’s ready to launch so I need to get this figured out ASAP.

    Sorry but apparently there was no e-mail from your side with such issue, or you would receive a reply within 1-2 hours, not 1 week..
    Where exactly you wrote the messages?

    Thanks for looking for the email and for the response. I’m glad I wrote and brought the issue with your server to your attention.

    For anyone wondering, it turns out I would need to completely rewrite the JavaScript of my theme’s portfolio in order to sort by category :/ I’ll just have to break the news to my client
