Advanced user permissions / Assign resource to existing post

First of all – Great work with this plugin. It’s really beautiful!
There are two main points I need help with:
- How can I give permission for user A to control resources 1 and 2, and give user B control over resource 3,4?
- Is it possible to assign a resource to an existing post (custom post ‘room’ on this instance)?
If not, I think it’s possible to relate them (possibly through the postmeta table) and then show the resource on the related post. But is there a way to create resources automatically, without using the admin panel?
