advanced theme, responsive, sensible

this is a nice theme to hack around with. it’s nice looking by itself, but it also has a lot of the responsive features and CSS grid basis that makes sense. nothing is perfect and i’m making quite a mess of it myself, but a modern theme for today’s modern world.
