Advanced tabs not working, uses too many resources

Thank you for the fast reply.

I am pretty sure the plugin is using too many resources, since the issue remains even after I remove absolutely everything else. It also makes my computer very busy and use a lot of power.

I am testing this on a test website, here is a link to the test page: https://amazingadventures.travel/test-puzzle/.

The short code in the puzzle goes in the second tab. I don’t have any issues with loading the page or the puzzle if I have only the shortcode on the page without putting it in the Essential Blocks Advanced Tab block. The idea of the tabs is so people can see what it is supposed to look like and also to play the actual game.

Thanks for sharing the link. Please share some more information, like, if you deactivate “Slide puzzle”, are you facing the issue?

Also, regarding which plugin the shortcode displays: it is this one, a little old perhaps but I tested it and it seems to be working (could also be causing high resource usage? I am not a developer so I don’t know.) I have not tried to deactivate it because the whole point is to have the puzzle on the page.

Thanks for the details. We have checked your shared link and also found errors in your site console, and the issue that you are facing seems comes from a JavaScript library, that is used by the slide puzzle plugin.
And, the plugin is not little old, the last update was 11 years ago, so, we think the latest library is not using in that plugin, and that seems conflict with our plugin. I am sorry, but, we dont have the scope to assist you here as that is too old plugin, I hope you will understand that.

Unfortunately that old plugin is the only one of its kind that I have seen so I will have to try and make it work somehow.
