Advanced Tabs not working (4.1.1)

    unfortunately the Advanced Tabs does not work anymore.
    The points are now not clickable.

    Some of our branches could not work for a few hours on the weekend.

    I had found in the forum similar problems.
    But I can’t find the CLEAR CACHE button in the EA Plugin anymore.

    Which makes me a bit surprised:
    It is a multisite. On the test environment (not a staging) the widget works perfectly, but on the actual website it doesn’t.

    Hi @pliesendahl ,

    We removed the Quick Tools from admin bar in our latest version (Which is mentioned on the changelog), That’s why you can’t find that Clear Cache button that you mentioned I think.

    But you still can clean the cache (Regenerate Assets). For regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Then, check back.

    If you are using caching plugin, you need to purge the cache from your plugin option.

    Hopefully it will fix your issues. Let me know how it goes.

    thank your for your answer.

    I did it just like you said.
    I also used the plugin that we use as a caching solution.

    Neither way helped.

    Unfortunately the Advanced Tabs is still not displayed correctly and Creative Button is not displayed at all.

    Hi there,

    That seems strange. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

    I’m sorry to hear that, You still facing the issue of Advanced Tabs and Creative Button on your end.

    No, it is not really fixed.
    I cleared the cache, reinstall Essential Addons, deactivate all plugins and activate step by step.

    But it is okay, when you close this ticket.
    Resolved isn’t that problem either. But I decided for another plugin.
