    I have been using Advanced Tabs for a long time, and since this morning, whenever I try to modify anything in a tab, all the content disappears, making your plugin unusable. However, everything reappears if I click on the tab again.

  • I have been experiencing another issue with the same block. On my website, the block is locked with a padlock and does not allow me to edit or unlock it. The unlock options have disappeared as if the block had been locked by another user. Even if I create a new block from scratch, it starts off locked and does not save any changes.

    If you are using any caching plugin, please purge the caches, also please make sure you are using the latest version of plugin.

    Thank you for your response. As you can see in the video here, when I open the editing mode of my page, the content does not appear at first. Then, when I click on the tab, the content reappears but disappears again every time I try to modify it. This issue appeared after the last update, as updates are applied automatically on my site, so I have the latest version.

    Regarding your query, I have checked the screen recording you have shared and I would like to suggest you to check if your tab has any initially active tab or not. If you have initially active tab and still facing the issue please share the json file of the EB Advance Tabs so that I can check this on my end and assist you further.

    Thank you for your response. I have checked, and both of my Advanced Tabs have active tabs initially. I am still facing the issue. I have two pages that look very similar, and both have the same issue.
