• I bought the advanced support over a week ago, sent 2 emails and have never heard back… Are there any plugin admins here to at least tell me I didnt get completely scammed?

    I dont think I got an email confirmation for the tickets, do you have an email I could email you my info or something? Or somewhere in my WP ecommerce I could check (I don’t see anywhere…)

    I just send (another) email. Looks like I signed up on September 26th for “Premium Support” at $50 for 30 days and send an email out that day, also another one a week or so later, never heard from anyone at the 3 week mark now.
