Advanced-Sidebar-Menu not working after upgrade

Hey Mat,
I wonder if you can help. I’ve have a site which has been running this Advanced Sidebar Plugin since it was converted from Drupal to WordPress by the gConverter guys.
My client updated the plugin today (because WP said there was an update available, now the Side Menu doesnt appear on any pages at all.
is the a page on the site where the sidebar menu was in operation until todays upgrade.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
