• I had an advanced shipping rule set up so if a certain role had 48+ items in their cart, they would get free shipping. When that specific role has gotten 48+ items in their cart, it instead gives the error “No Shipping Options Were Found For (address)”. I messed with the quantities in the cart and when logged into the user role, if there are 47 products in the cart, it knows my address. Add 1 more and you get the error. The only way to fix it was to remove that role but that means they get charged a lot of shipping when it should be free. Any work around for this?

    Hi,

Could you post screenshots of your setup / what you see at the cart?

    Thank you,

How I set it up & the shipping error goes away when I remove this but obviously then they do not get free shipping like they should https://snipboard.io/9t30MS.jpg

Less than 48 bottles works properly https://snipboard.io/EgVJkG.jpg

48 or more bottles gets a shipping error https://snipboard.io/HVfYIQ.jpg

    Hi,

    Is the rate published?
Are you logged in as the proper user role and not as admin?

I’d recommend trying with only one condition and test them separately to see what is causing conflicts.

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

Hi, I am not sure what you mean about the rate being published. I tested it logged in as solely a “Doctor” and not an admin. I have tried different versions of the condition with the same result.

I just saw that all the products are under this setting. Is there something I need to change here to make the free shipping for 48+ products work? https://snipboard.io/dzTrMb.jpg

Is there a phone number I can call? My company needs this fixed asap. It is still doing the error even though I removed the advanced shipping option for free shipping 48+ bottles.

Those settings are not from this plugin, so I can’t tell what to do with those.

It could be you’re looking at cached rates; https://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode

I personally don’t offer phone support, but it sounds like you have some general shipping issues (not specifically this plugin) on your site; maybe it’d be advisable to get in touch with your developer to get hands-on assistance on this?

    Cheers,
    Jeroen
