Advanced setting Opt-in checkbox

    We are using TMWB HubSpot for WooCommerce I am looking at the plugin documentation, but can’t find the explanation. Under Settings > Advanced Settings we have Show Checkbox on Checkout Page enabled. Does this checkbox mean that user ots in for the marketing contacts?

    And where in Hubspot side is the value of this field visible? So we can see which users are opted in / opted out?

    Hello,

    I hope you are doing well!

    If you enabled the settings in the integration, the checkbox will be visible on your account page, the checkout page, or both, depending on the settings that you enabled.

    This checkbox will behave as a subscribe button when any user selects it and submits the form, then the “Accepts Marketing” property will be set as yes, and the “Newsletter Subscriber”
    property value will be set as Registration or Checkout based on which page it is selected.

    You can use this to send marketing emails and newsletters to your subscribers.
