Advanced Post Types Order > Unable to reorder items (will not move)

    Hello,

    I am using the most up to date version 4.5.8 and am totally up to date on wordpress (using 6.0).

    Recently the ability to drag posts to their proper place with manual order checked no longers works. Sometimes Firefox also says : “This page is slowing down firefox” as well (in the advanced post types order admin page). With the exception of new posts (which I cannot reorder), the other posts still seem in proper order. I just am not able to drag a new post to the proper spot in the order.

    Hi,
    Can you clear your browser cache and check again? Might be a cache issue, as still using the old JavaScript drag & drop library.
    If the sort list loads a bunch of items ( e.g. thousands ), that might take too much time for the browser to render. In such a case activate the Pagination function.
