Advanced Post Type Order not working with wordpress 4.6

Hi there,

I recently upgraded to wordpress 4.6 and now advanced post type order stopped working. When i go to re-order posts it will say it updates but when i reload the page it doesnt update anything and does not save my changes. What is going on? Is this a known problem with 4.6 and how can I fix this?
