Advanced Orders Export For WooCommerce – Unable to add all custom fields

I just downloaded the latest version of this plugin for my site. It works and saves me a lot of effort and time. Thanks, it’s a great Plugin!
However, I faced a difficulty when trying to create extra columns for a list of custom columns I created. When adding fields, I can see all the meta keys in the drop down list e.g. Member 1 Gender and Member 1 Last Name, so I created the column to be the same as the meta keys. Then I saved the settings. However, only one of the ‘Member 1 …” fields could be saved after clicking save settings, which is the last entered one. e.g. I tried to create both ‘Member 1 Gender’ and ‘Member 1 Last Name’, only ‘Member 1 Last Name could be saved, together with the meta key shown as ‘Member’ only. How can this problem be solved? The custom fields were created by Plugins ‘Woo Checkout Form Designer Pro’ and ‘Conditional Woo Checkout Field Pro’.
I have a few more questions: for lite version,
1) How to delete the additional exporting fields we have created? e.g. I would like to delete ‘Member 1 Last Name’ now.
2) Is there a limit on the number of additional columns we can create for export?
