How does the plugin work with the advanced matching setting on the pixel? If I just turn it on in ads manager, will it automatically be using the advanced matching on my site, or do I have to install the pixel manually if I want advanced matching?
If I do install the pixel manually, and also use pixel caffeine, will that create 2 instances of the pixel?

Hi,
the plugin should fire the advanced matching automatically based on the logged in user. Here an example:
You can notice that “fn”, “em” and so on. They contain the name, email and other (hashed by facebook), as explained here: https://developers.facebook.com/ads/blog/post/2016/05/31/advanced-matching-pixel/
