Advanced Labels are not visible in Plugin or Product Back-end

  • It says: “No Advanced Labels found”, but 11 advanced labels were made in the past and also show “All (11)” so they are somewhere. Also in the back-end of the products, the space is empty and doesn’t show anything at advanced labels. I want to remove some labels, that are still showing at on the viewer side with some products, but I don’t know how to get access.

    Hello,

    In most cases it was issue when old plugin updated to new, because older version do not have order parameter for labels.
    We will check how it can be fixed.
